‘What Are Your Politics?’
A Man Question from Joel
© 2015 James LaFond

“…and I have been wondering, what are your politics. You seem to be all over the place: libertarian, fascist, anarchist, Darwinist, black criminal apologist?”
-Joel
Joel, thanks for making me answer a question that will knock some more likes off of my Facebook page, which Bart has been working hard to build!
I have no politics, nor do I have a religion. I am an alternately skeptical and enthralled observer of humanity, who has often been accused of being an alien.
I like the term Darwinist because I like Darwin’s view of God. He was a hopeful yet conflicted deist. So calling myself a Darwinist muddies the waters.
Suffice it to say that I see politics—all politics, particularly modern media democracy—as the management of the stupid by the evil. The stupid vote the evil into power and are thus complicit in their own demise, which I find appealing.
I will limit my discussion to American politics.
Our definitions of Liberals and conservatives are constructed in such a way as to facilitate this stupid-evil matrix. I see the modern liberal-conservative axis as the death of humanity.
Basically liberals surrender their soul to the world machine because they believe that people should not have to provide their own sustenance or provide for their family, but that the vast collective must do this for all. This is the female version of what I call the “thanatos impulse” toward self-destruction of the soul. Liberals believe that the vast collective world mind, the human hive, can solve all of the collective and individual woes, and are thus fools.
Conservatives, on the other hand—who are split between globalist and nationalist and tribalist interior factions, unlike the monolithically globalist liberals—believe that the greater social organism should protect the individual, [particularly that individual who provides for himself and others, and in so doing preserves the cultural legacy of their forefathers.] This is the male version of the “thanatos impulse” equally deluded as the feminine race to spiritual dissolution, in the false assumption that relieving one’s self from the “burden” of self defense and familial survival will have a positive outcome. The fantasy that protection and survival will be best served by non-vested social entities is absurd. The conservative’s greatest folly is that he looks at our morally spiraling whorehouse of a world and thinks he sees something worth conserving. The conservative is therefore the greater fool, doomed to follow the liberal down the meat chute of modernity.
In a nut shell postmodern American politics amounts to physically obese liberal poor attacking the mentally obese conservative middle class because they have somehow not been fed enough, even as the conservative victims look above to the vast political machine wondering why it is not protecting them, why the superseded social contract they bought into as children no longer applies.
I see both sides achieving their true desire, the liberal to be a psychological milk cow and the conservative consigned to feed the farting liberal beast until he tires and is then sacrificed on the Altar of the Greater Good, to fulfill his martyr role in relation to The God of Things, worshipped unconditionally by liberal and conservative alike and thus binding them, forever, in the darkness of the slave's hive mind.
Paradise, I see.
