Did you notice the "gun ready" posture that the cracker copette assumes about 1:50? I don't know if that's what's being taught by some genius police firearms guru, or whether that's a natural expression of her personal attitude, but I cannot conceive of a more physically and psychologically debilitating posture to assume in a violent situation. Everything about it screams timidity, rather than command presence, and a predator would assume her to be easy prey, based on her cringing, supplicating, turtled-up stance. Gun or no gun, weakness invites aggression, and she looks like a victim waiting to happen.
I got the impression she was just there to comfort the downed criminal.
