Representative government is evil, giving free reign to the diabolic elite and tying the hands of the occasionally just-thinking leader. Putting a "democracy"—as our joke of a government is referred to—in place blocks the occasional political accident of a virtuous leader from acting directly on behalf of his people.
I have watched video after video of squabbling Right wing fаggots and women being beaten by squabbling Left wing fаggots and bitches. The best the people I speak to on the Right can come up with is fighting and squabbling in open political venues, which is the goal of the Left, to bait the Right into a street fight so video of white men beating down women and black men and sissy white men, chanting rehearsed feminist slogans, may be placed in the hands of the media. This is the pot of street-fighting gold that the Left is after, to have a Leftist mob of rich, mixed-race, mixed-gender youth beaten by a working class mob of white men. SWAT teams and riot police will then be specially detailed to counter Right White Resistance. Believe me, the police will swoop down on 100 white men while the 500 mixed-gender and mixed-race agitators who cannot defeat those 100 men burn the city! The police have proven highly adept at watching cities burn over the past few years. If Alt-Right people organize to defend speakers in open forums the scenario above will happen and play right into the hands of the Left.

I expect rural police to work with paleface resistance fighters.
I expect state and suburban police to work against paleface resistance groups, giving tacit approval to BLM purges on the street, but side with business owners and residents when attacked at work and at home.

Why dont these supposedly financially independent bastions of neo-masculinity run a training camp? Or set up tactical friend groups in every city? Or start a college? Or school? Oh wait they already do this, but the whole thing revolves around getting laid. There is no damn group cohesion, no drawing down the perimeter, and no forming of a metaphorical-phalanx.

Here in Oz we went through this sort of bs in the 1980s and late 1990s with left protests against Pauline Hanson, our version of Trump. The police do nothing, or, turn on the Right. In another example, a Senator here, who is pro-Trump, last year had his office invaded in the day and smashed up by local commos who were well known university figures. No-one was arrested, and he did not press charges. So, activities need to be discrete and underground. Don't have meet-ups in public as Roosh tried last year. Go private, and take it to the bush. James likes to talk about democracy being a lie, but really republican form of government (what we have in the US) is good or bad depending on the morality and religiosity of the people. The founding fathers wrote that the Constitution was for a moral and religious people and the republic couldn't stand without such people ("A republic, if you can keep it.")
This brings us to your point: such cooperation is impossible without morality and a moral high-ground from which to operate. I never had a problem explaining the morality of wanting to be what I am (a white, Christian male) unmolested and free to raise a family and work. I am usually the only guy in the room who can do so. Most other whites seem to buy into the Left's morality favorign their dispossession and replacement. Those who don't usually have enough money and security to believe that dispossession is not upon them. Why are all the whites moving out of California, then?

For democracy to work as a system of government the participants have to be moral, willing to abide by the rules, to accept loss as part of the process and be able to trust others to do likewise. It’s just like anything else, if one side is unwilling to follow the rules and accept defeat according to the rules of the game then every contest turns into a gang fight, or a civil war, whenever that side loses. Our Democracy is indeed falling apart now because the Democrat Party has been taken over by Communist revolutionaries who refuse to accept the result of a legitimate election. To chime in on the topic of democracy, the best counterexample is Switzerland. Helvetia is a nation of "diversity" (really, quite strongly segregated by language), a well armed and trained militia, famous neutrality in intra-European war, and extremely localized governmental and democratic practices. And it is clean and beautiful to boot!

So this is the blueprint for building unit cohesion. The mission is to build stealthy, deceptive, counter-hunting parties. (Which manage perception so as to not lose the moral level of the war.)
