This coming week I will be releasing the material currently posted under the No B. S. Boxing tag, along with five additional instructional sections on the jab, as The Punishing Art: Boxing for Ring, Cage and Survival.

Oliver has photo-shopped a classic image of Henry Armstrong for the cover, so a biography of that late great fighter shall be included in the book
