As a crumbledown sparring partner and coach my remaining focus is helping the young coaches that i have the honor of assisting: Sean, Grant West, Paul, Erique and James the Innocent. I am writing Before i Go as a comprehensive BKB manual. Towards this end i wrote a basic manual for Grant and his active club fighters, The Hard Man. The print rights belong to Grant. I wont be issuing an ebook. Those points of form that are not exclusive to Grant's club, will be imbedded in Before I Go. The historical and technical aspects of that will appear on Substack and here, in this space, in January and February.

For the coaches i coach, i have sent out courtesy copies of The Hard Man manuscript. Grant West's edition will be awesome with AI illustrations taken from videos he filmed of us training. That volume is just for him and his men. In the meanwhile I am fielding questions from fighters and coaches on Bare Knuckle Boxing in order to make Before I Go comprehensive. Feel free to text BKB questions to 443-686-0598 or email to at jameslafond@proton.me

Thank you.
James Anderson's excellent article is linked below.
Thanks James, the bkb manual inspired this essay:
I personally would like to read about more hand conditioning and mental conditioning drills for BKB. I finally have a reliable striking partner here and want to get us on the path.
