Man charged with shooting grandmother, children

“A 61-year-old woman, who was in a wheelchair, was shot in the leg and hip, a 6-year-old boy suffered from a gunshot wound to the leg and a 4-year-old girl was shot in the foot, police said. The victims were taken to a hospital and survived, police said. Police said they were caught in the crossfire Labor Day weekend last year. The shooter was aiming at a group of men near Latrobe Homes.”
