Lynn - I know whatcha mean. Even today, the Central Coast up around San Luis Obispo is still a natural paradise...California Dreamin' style. People on the Alt-Right who say "Good riddance, let those California commies secede" are missing the point. That beautiful land is OUR land, and there's no reason to surrender it to anyone—come hell or high water.
