There will be three simultaneous activities:

In the back ring James will coach effective stick strokes on a free-standing heavy bag. Skills will include the U-Combination, the V-Combination, the Brutal Salsa and the Oblique Lunge.

In the center ring Erique will coach/spar with the tanto and daga.

In the large front ring Charles will coach/spar with the short and long stick.

Sticks are provided. Two sets each of masks and gloves are provided for each of the sparring rings. Please wear a cup and help the fighter ahead of you gear up and gear down.
