I was checking out the City That Breeds site and discovered, as I had long suspected, that the author, ‘The Bishop’ is a neighbor of mine, who lives just north of this ghetto enclave in Whitebreadistan.

Just in case you think I might be a magnet for crazies checkout his August 28 2013 blog titled Harford Road Antics. What he describes happened a mile or two north of the bar where Captain Backwash unsheathed his boarding sword.

These stories and my timely entries in the Harm City column this summer seem to mark a change of seasons from a mid-summer hunting surge to a late summer festival of the insane.
