Not surprising. Typically the Left-leaning DA’s in our big cities (even in the conservative Midwest) can’t find it in themselves to send oppressed black criminals to prison for violent felonies, so how could one imagine that that one of their ilk would prosecute an affirmative action police hire for negligent homicide? Nevertheless, this event will continue to cause some serious cognitive dissonance among the SWPL Lefties of Twin Town, as someone they count as one of their own (a foreign guest from a kinder, gentler socialist country without guns no less) was killed by a oppressed minority policeman… for no good reason! It might even be a dramatic and traumatic enough denial of the Leftist narrative to change some minds. Who knows? Somalis in general are definitely wearing out their welcome with their widespread penchant for violent criminality and parasitic life styles. Not to mention their incessant demands for special accommodation of their Muslim religious practices in all venues public and private. They are straining the equanimity of the locals even in ‘blue state’ Minnesota. And now this.

It’s not over though. The family of Justine Diamond/ Ruszczyk definitely has standing for a wrongful death lawsuit with Mohamed Noor and the City of Minneapolis as defendants. Said plaintiffs will probably win too as the rules of evidence in a civil suit are less restrictive than in a criminal case. In a civil suit the plaintiff merely has to show that the ‘preponderance of the evidence’ (51% or better) proves that the defendant was guilty of negligence or wrong doing, rather than having to prove the defendant was guilty ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ as in a criminal trial.

Officer Noor’s career in law enforcement is no doubt at an end. The MPD will in all probability fire him as quickly and quietly as it can and he will subsequently be unemployable as a law enforcement officer anywhere else. As a practical matter he has rendered himself too much of a legal liability, a magnet for predatory law suits aiming to get in the deep pockets of the city, for any police department to ever consider adding him to their force in the future.

Certainly the differences between white American patriots and the white Globalist Leftist have become irreconcilable. If you are American patriot the Left will denounce you as a ‘hater’ for simply daring to defend that which you love, including your own family, country and race. The Globalist Left is responsible for creating all the ‘vibrant diversity’ tearing apart our major cities, not too mention the current low-intensity civil war between the Left and the Right gripping our nation. Decades hence people will probably look back at the breakup of the country and wonder why nobody saw it coming or tried to prevent it. In the meantime whites will continue to vote with their feet to escape being caught in the middle of transplanted Third World chaos.

It’s ugly, to be sure. The idea is to prevent the all-to-common stickup.

So what is the Commissioner’s game? Obviously he is soliciting the aide of the United Nations in order to embarrass the U.S. Government. The Trump Administration in particular. Many blacks have always believed that they are not part of America and never have been. The Leftist narrative (dubbed ‘Critical race Theory’) maintains that blacks in America are the relentless victims of white racism. As such white racism is the ‘root cause’ of the epidemic of black on black murder in Chicago, as well as the other large, black-majority cities in the country. The racist whites in America have even doubled down on their racism by electing a ‘racist’ president in God-Emperor Donald Trump. The situation has become so dire that international intervention is needed to stop the killing, as in Rwanda, Burundi, the Congo, Sierra Leon, Liberia, Bosnia, Cypress, East Timor and etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. Or so Commissioner Boykin appears to believe. Does the Commissioner realize he is also embarrassing the Democrat controlled administrations of Cook County and the City of Chicago by his request? Perhaps not, as Leftists have always demanded that they be judged on their good intentions rather than on the results they achieve. So the Commissioner probably feels that Mayor Rahm Emmanuel et al are struggling mightily to advance the social justice agenda, but are being thwarted by the powerful dark forces of the ‘vast Right-Wing Conspiracy’. They urgently need help from the U.N. now…and Trump needs to be impeached.

Will the UN respond to Commissioner Boykin’s request? In the recent past Leftist fellow travelers in the U.N. bureaucracy would probably have jumped at the opportunity to embarrass a Republican U.S. President and would have no doubt proposed sending some sort of international delegation to investigate the situation and inevitably determine what a stupid, evil, racist, greedy, capitalist and imperialist hegemony America truly was. One with little to no regard for its minority denizens. However that was then, this is now. There’s a new sheriff in town, one like nobody has seen in quite some time.

But wait, it gets better. The U.N. General Assembly has decided to deliver a stinging rebuke to God-Emperor Trump over his announced intent to relocate the American embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. The General assembly declared the God-Emperor’s recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel to “null and void” by a vote of 128 to 9: . As if they have any say in the matter! And this is after the U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., Nikki Haley, warned the members of that august international debating club, many who are dependent on American largess and protection, that the USA is a keeping a shit list now! That the God-Emperor would, to paraphrase the previous U.S President, remember who his friends and enemies and reward and punish the same accordingly. Looks like the U.N. decided to test the God-Emperor’s resolve big time. It’s going to be fun to watch how this plays out.

I see this as a hopeful trend for the White rabbits cowering in their hidey-holes across the urban and suburban expanse of this great, limp-dicked nation.

The aggregate crime decline cited by the Brennen report is all—all, you egg-headed fools—due to police misreporting and under-reporting of violent crimes, with homicide rates in Baltimore, for instance, increasing 27% more than other violent crimes in the index, despite non-lethal violent crime against everyone I know in Baltimore having quintupled over the past three years. Once again this year, the Brennan Center for Justice has analyzed violent crime stats from the 30 largest cities in America to provide some insight on national trends. Not surprisingly, this year's report is full of more bad news for the residents of cities like Baltimore and Chicago that have experienced devastating spikes in homicides over the past two years.

Looking at homicides per capita in 2017, Baltimore is clearly the most dangerous large city in the U.S. with a murder rate that is more than 4x the average of other large cities and some 40% higher than the second most dangerous city of Detroit. To put things in perspective, the murder rate in Baltimore is now exactly tied with Venezuela at 57.2 murders per 100,000 residents.

Of course, as our readers are undoubtedly aware, high violent crime rates in cities like Baltimore and Chicago are hardly a new phenomenon. Therefore, we decided to take a look at year-over-year changes in murder rates by city and made some interesting discoveries. While Charlotte saw the biggest YoY spike, cities like San Francisco and Seattle, both of which are experiencing tech-induced economic booms, were also at the top of the list.

Finally, and not surprisingly, in terms of total homicides, the city of Chicago is still the big 'winner' in 2017 with nearly double the number of murders of Baltimore.

Of course, as the Brennan Center notes, it's not all bad news as aggregate crime in the nation's top 30 cities declined 2.7%...

The overall crime rate in the 30 largest cities in 2017 is estimated to decline slightly from the previous year, falling by 2.7 percent. If this trend holds, crime rates will remain near historic lows.

The violent crime rate will also decrease slightly, by 1.1 percent, essentially remaining stable. Violent crime remains near the bottom of the nation’s 30-year downward trend.

The 2017 murder rate in the 30 largest cities is estimated to decline by 5.6 percent. Large decreases this year in Chicago and Detroit, as well as small decreases in other cities, contributed to this decline. The murder rate in Chicago — which increased significantly in 2015 and 2016 — is projected to decline by 11.9 percent in 2017. It remains 62.4 percent above 2014 levels. The murder rate in Detroit is estimated to fall by 9.8 percent. New York City’s murder rate will also decline again, to 3.3 killings per 100,000 people.

Conclusion: "What the hell is going on in Chicago"...and Baltimore and Detroit and Memphis and San Francisco and Seattle and....
