Banjo is the basis for the hero in Banjo Timejack and for the good-hearted landscaper in Blood Hate. A mutual friend, who recently read Andrew Edward's King of Dogs, asked me if Andrew based Greyson, the hero, on Banjo, as they are so similar. The two men have not met. And Banjo keeps poking his nose into unapproved topics...
