2 hours of shingling a sheet metal roof for a chicken coup
Sunday
2 eggs with 2 hotdogs
1-ounce half and half in my coffee
4 ounces codfish, 4 asparagus spears, 1 sweet potato stick [about an eight of an ounce, handful of salted kale]
Plyos, 15 minutes, twice
Monday
9:30-10:08 AM: walked 2 miles with 60-pound pack
12:00 PM: chef salad with vinegar, 3 pads of butter
3:00-3:45 PM: walk 2 miles with a sixty-pound pack
