Did anyone else see the news on WJZ that a group of about 30 teens(bats, masks & hoodies) smashed a bunch of cars up. Looks like we are not the only community having issues. Same teens causing issues here? Maybe. Won't know until one or two get caught. Let's hope. Be safe everyone. Keep your eyes open. Report suspicious activity please.

...and a text from a relative who lives in the area:

Loch Raven Village, Plainfield and Harwick...large group of kids trampled and broke car windshields.

This latter item is an obvious imitation of video footage from the 2015 Baltimore Riots, which is the new benchmark for youth behavior in Baltimore City and County.
