Lynn, that is the spoon in which heroin powder is heated up with a lighter. The needle sis then used to draw the heroin and shoot it in the arm. I warned you about Walmart.

Also, I cannot but notice those painted toenails in the sandals.

Understanding that you are a dress and sandal wearing traditionalist, this is hard for me to say. But do not wear open shoes to Walmart! Syringes are surely laying nearby.
