Arturo Gabriel has just been acquired as a private instructor by Jim Frederick’s Kenpo Karate at 8641 Loch Raven Blvd, Towson, MD 21286. I have been involved with Gabriel in boxing, martial arts and stick-fighting events since the 1990s. Of all of the instructors I have watched and cross-trained with, Gabriel is definitely the most intense, and has the most actual experience, coming from his years of nightclub security work. When I reunited with Gabriel at Frederick’s last Tuesday night I was thrilled that I would once again be coaching at the ‘home of the psychotic tactical digression’.
