1421 Chinese Discover America before Europeans

Assholes burning books always seem to be the people in charge. What's up with that?
As a book writer, I thoroughly enjoyed the way the filmmaker documented the research done by the author of the book that hatched this theory, down to the bar this former British sailor got drunk in in Lisbon.
I have reviewed the book this documentary is based on here Gavin Menzies The Year China Discovered America.
This is a really fascinating subject, and I do plan on using this stuff in a sci-fi novel if I get the chance.
Maybe the Chinese are the people that will reach Mars.

Books are burned to make history "go away".

As to your assertion that the Chinese were in North America first, I give you spiegel.de/international/dna-analysis-shows-native-americans-had-european-roots-a-954675.html

I don't buy Gavin's contention for a North American Chinese landfall. I do think they hit Mexico and Peru fro the Pacific.

Thanks for the link.

I did take a look at that one when posting Getting the Clovis Point. The evidence that Europeans made it to North America in the ice age is outstanding.

Might be interested in this. Graves found in Florida bog 7,000 to 8,000 Years old. Oldest the oldest cloth ever found in the Western hemisphere and oldest complete human remains ever found. They're skulls are Caucasian and some of their technology, tools, textiles, look Soultranian.
