'Bro—Step away from The Clause!'
-James Chosen
Hello James!
Well, you were right and I was wrong! Many members of the Warrior Caste that have served the state are like Gilgamesh and Enkidu.
They will not spearhead a real Spiritual Transcendence as I have hoped since childhood.
Below are two articles I have penned based on advice given to me about life and society in general by a Cop and a Marine respectively...two people who are dear to me.
I love and respect the heck out of these two, but the advice each gave was terrible, and I have recorded why in detail here.
The first is entitled "The Gospel of Our Age: The True Tale of An American Nightmare!", and it's a dark piece of the type that regular Pulp Fiction Renaissance readers may not be used to:
The second is entitled "Sensation & Spirit: Revealing the Real Meaning of the 'Middle of the Road'". and takes deeper look behind a common platitude often thrown around in time of crisis:
The first was penned before the major upheaval that has rocked this country in the last week. The second was penned after it.
But the thread between the two is disturbingly similar...because these problems have been going on for far longer than tragic happenings within the last week.
What can I say? Losing your faith in your State's Warrior Caste is like realizing that that Santa you talked to in the mall has not been eating your milk and cookies, and is not the one bringing you your presents under the tree!
It's a sad fact, but it makes me realize one thing...
I guess I'm just gonna have to buy my own damn presents now!
That's because Santa Clause ain't coming to town!
Sincerely,
Richard Barrett

Richard, the last warrior casts in USG history lost in 1864/5 in the Civil War and in 1880s when Geronimo was hunted down by his own warriors in USG service, and were then disarmed and shipped off with him! Soldiers, and especially police, have never been warriors or heroes—they cannot be, for they were constructed as their opposites. USG never started using the term "warrior" until after WWII, which was its big win, in which the soldiers were all called GIs, or Government Issues.
Thanks for these gritty articles.
Things are looking up!
Warriors will come again, but not from a government, which has not the womb to gestate a warrior, for it simply manufactures manipulators, operators, killers, abductors, etc.
