Ishmael, has been sending me pictures of the crafting of Yo-Hammer, my Nordic Pimp Cane and hoodrat bane, from raw tree limb, to sanded stave, to carved cane, to fire-hardened to oiled [with "tongue oil"?] and ready to work. Along the way he has sent me his reading picks for the weak. The cane looks beautiful, like a short walking stick.
