Bring boxing gear and sticks.

As a group we are much farther ahead with knife work than stick and boxing so will concentrate on the two more difficult disciplines.

12:30-1:00 knife sparring

1:00- 1:20 stick: basic foot work drills and hand conditioning drills, not for effect, but just enough to remember it for solo training

1:20-1:40: Stick: 4-count bag drill, the smash & slash drill on the bag and the lunge drill in the mirror

1:40-2:00: Stick jab sparring

2:00-2:30 boxing drills

2:30-3:00 boxing sparring
