11:20 AM: plyos
11:30 AM-12:12 PM: 5-10 pound dumbbell exercises, continuous slow reps, no rest between sets
6:30 PM: 4 cups raw mushrooms, 3 large raw garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 sausage, 1 cup squash, ½ cup sausage slices, 2 cups avocado
