That’s the thing about third world societies that is hard for us Americans to wrap our heads around, that is to say the people in them will complain about the corruption in their government and yet at the same time they actually prefer to live in a society that is corrupt. They are more comfortable with a culture where it’s common to cheat and everyone is for sale. God forbid if everything was honest and above board and you were forced to compete fairly with every upstart. The more migrants from the third world we allow into our country the more we are importing and integrating third world corruption and inefficiency into our society.

Hood point and I would really hate it if you had to pay bribes every time you wanted something done.
